Courtney Eason

Courtney "Coko" Eason is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community engagement, program development, and music production. Currently serving as a Program Associate at Techstars since July 2024, Eason is responsible for the operational success of the accelerator program. Previously, as Community Growth Manager at 2Gether-International from September 2022 to July 2024, Eason led initiatives to enhance community engagement and foster connections with entrepreneurs. As Co-Founder of Milk the Moment from March 2017 to January 2021, Eason oversaw operations focused on product development and marketing. Before that, Eason founded Soundtrack Entertainment, LLC, honing skills as a music producer and executive over 14 years. Experience also includes a role as US Administrator at Sony Music Publishing, supporting royalty and copyright activities. Eason holds a Bachelor of Science in Music Business from Middle Tennessee State University.
