Elyse Heob, MPH, MBA, serves as the Director of Strategy & Operations at Pelex, where efforts focus on commercializing a novel medical device and telehealth solution for pelvic floor care. In addition, Elyse is a MedTech Angel Investor at Gaingels, supporting diversity and inclusion in venture capital, and serves as the Strategy and Operations Lead at Manos Health, a digital health research and advisory firm. As a MedTech Startup Mentor for Johns Hopkins Technology Ventures, Elyse advises on innovation within the healthcare sector. Previous roles include Co-Founder and COO of ClearMask, LLC, where Elyse managed substantial growth, and Lead Technologist at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on healthcare virtual reality applications. Elyse's early career encompassed leadership roles in the startup space and a fellowship at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, with a strong educational foundation from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the University of Arizona.
