Lavette Mathias

Lavette (Brown) Mathias is an accomplished Contract Manager at Techstars since July 2021, where responsibilities include developing a contract management database, negotiating NDAs, and creating reporting dashboards for the legal department. Previous experience as a Contract Specialist at Axiom involved drafting and managing confidentiality agreements for Google while serving as a subject matter expert. Additional roles at RHR International and various hospitality positions contributed to a well-rounded skill set in contract management, negotiation, and client relations. Lavette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Roosevelt University and an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Generations College.
