Natalie Kaminski

Natalie Kaminski is a seasoned entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in technology and business development. As the Co-Founder and CEO of JetRockets since March 2009, Natalie has focused on leveraging Ruby on Rails to support business innovation. In addition to JetRockets, Natalie co-founded OneTribe.team in January 2022 to streamline leave management processes for small to medium businesses. Natalie serves as a Mentor at Techstars and as a Strategic Advisor for Fierce Foundry, which is dedicated to empowering female founders. Other notable roles include Advisor at saymore, Member of the private network Hampton, and former Chief Member at Chief, where Natalie contributed to promoting women's leadership. Natalie's entrepreneurial journey includes founding goBaby, a rental marketplace for traveling families, and working as a Program Manager at Ray Enterprises Inc. Natalie holds a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University and an Executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology.
