Rayan Saleh

Rayan Saleh is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with a strong background in investment and management. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Techstars since June 2023, Rayan also co-founded and leads Beyond Equity as CEO, focusing on fundraising and revenue strategies. Previous roles include Senior Associate and Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2019 to January 2022, and Senior Product Manager at SNB Capital, where responsibilities included overseeing the Pension Investment Platform. Rayan co-founded one of the first e-grocery stores in the Middle East with Project Q from 2014 to 2015. Academic credentials include an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Durham University.
