Todd Emaus

Todd Emaus is an experienced executive coach and culture builder, currently serving as a Partner at Evolution since 2018, where Todd coaches startup leaders to enhance their self-management, team dynamics, and organizational culture. Emaus is also the Founder of Cadence, established in November 2023, which focuses on driving company growth by prioritizing product development over internal processes. In January 2024, Emaus co-founded Cofounder Coaching, assisting business partners in resolving conflicts to strengthen their relationships. As an All-Star Mentor at Techstars since April 2020, Emaus aids early-stage companies in achieving product-market fit and fostering a positive work culture. Previously, Emaus held various founding positions in multiple startups, including Twenty20, BoomStreet, and FreshTrend, which were successfully acquired. Emaus holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business and a B.S.E. in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.
