Marcelo Vaz has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marcelo started their career as a Visual Basic Developer at LDA Sistemas & Consultoria in 1996. Marcelo later worked as an IT Team Leader at Global Transporte Oceanico S/A before transitioning to the role of a Java Developer at Relacional Consultoria e Sistemas and Eversystems. Marcelo then joined BRQ / IBM as a Senior Java Developer in 2002.

In 2003, they became a Project Manager at Neoris Brasil S/A, where they managed the relationship with Michelin in multiple countries and handled various responsibilities such as project negotiations, resource planning, and budget administration. Marcelo worked in this role until 2007.

Finally, Marcelo Vaz joined TechStyle Fashion Group in 2015, where they have held various roles including Senior Director of Product Management, Director of Product, and Sr. Technical Product Manager.

Marcelo Vaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro. Marcelo also has a Post-Graduation degree in Project Management from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro. In addition, they obtained a certification in Project Management (PMP) from Dinsmore Associates.
