Martin Muschiol

Martin Muschiol has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Martin has held various roles in different companies across different industries.

Starting in 1984, Martin worked at Spar AG as a Department Manager until 1986. Then, they joined ALDI GmbH & Co. KG as a Junior Branch Manager from 1986 to 1987. After that, they worked at Deichmann Schuhe GmbH & Co. KG as a Branch Manager from 1987 to 1989.

In 1990, Martin joined mh Bausparkasse AG as a Team Leader in Customer Service and stayed with the company until 1995. Martin then worked at Advance Bank AG as a Manager in the Complaint Department from 1995 to 2001.

From 2001 to 2010, Martin served as the Director of European Customer Support at eBay International AG. Martin then joined VisibleVision GmbH as the Head of Production and Head of Call Center in Berlin from 2010 to 2011.

Afterwards, Martin worked at American Express Business Travel as the Director - Service Delivery Leader Germany North from 2011 to 2012. Martin later co-founded Effekt³ in 2013 and worked as a Consultant until the end of that year.

Moving forward, Martin joined TechStyleOS in 2014 and held several positions within the company. Martin served as the Director of Member Services European Operations from 2014 to 2018, then as the Senior Director of GMS EU Member Services from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they hold the position of VP, EU GMS Operations at TechStyleOS since July 2019.
