Alicia Dantin, CSM has extensive experience in business analysis and project management. Alicia began their career in 2011 as a Senior Office Administrator (Business Analyst Support) at Burkhart Enterprise, LLC. In 2016, they moved to Inova Health System as a Human Resource Analyst (Business Analyst Support). From 2017 to 2018, they worked as an Executive Assistant (Business Analyst Support) at E-9 Corporation and then as an Administrative Specialist III (Business Analyst Support) at Pyramid Systems, Inc. In 2019, they joined ITG - Incentive Technology Group as a Business Analyst. Alicia then moved to Insight Global in 2020, where they served as a Senior Business Analyst Project Lead. Currently, they are a Senior Business Analyst Lead at TechSur Solutions.
Alicia Dantin obtained a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration & Policy- Management from George Mason University between 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associates in Liberal Arts Degree and a Certificate in General Education from Northern Virginia Community College between 2003 and 2011. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate from US Event Guide Training Institute in Wedding and Event Planning between 2005 and 2006. Lastly, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2020.
