Alex Perranti

Alex Perranti has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Alex began their career in 2001 as an IT Consultant at IBM, where they were responsible for requirements gathering and formulation of implementation and delivery strategy. Alex also headed due diligence and requirements analysis teams for a multi-million outsourcing project. In 2010, they joined Diageo as Associate Director, Application Service Delivery, where they were responsible for assessment, management, and optimization of IT services and delivery. In 2016, they became the Director of Information Services at TechTiera Corporation, heading the Global R&D, Product Development, and Service Delivery team from APJ for the global markets. Alex also improved the efficiency of business processes by 75% through the development and application of analytical tools.

Alex Perranti obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Software Engineering from Louisiana State University between 1997 and 2001. In 2012, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Connecticut. In 2012, they obtained a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional from the Scrum Alliance. In 2015, they obtained a TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group.
