Zain Ismail

Zain Ismail serves as the Senior Director of Digital Health & Transformation at AVIA, where responsibilities include leading advisory engagements with health system clients to develop digital transformation strategies. With significant experience in healthcare consumerism, Zain has previously held roles such as Director of Digital Health at AVIA and Chief of Staff for the COVID-19 Vaccination Incident Command at Henry Ford Health System. Zain's involvement extends to various organizations as a member of the Future of Health Tech Council and the Industry Advisory Board at Lawrence Technological University, among others. Additionally, Zain co-hosts the Healthcare Rap Podcast and holds board positions in Gesher Human Services and TechTown Detroit. Educational qualifications include executive education from INSEAD and Ivey Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor.
