Chris Nation

Chris Nation, CPA has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Chris is currently the Chief Financial Officer at TechTrans International, Inc. and has been in this role since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Manager at the same company from March 2017 to June 2023. Before joining TechTrans International, Inc., Chris worked as a Financial Consultant at Geologics from 2016 to 2017. Chris also has extensive experience working at United Space Alliance, where they held various roles including Finance Manager-Resource Management and Integration, Project Leader II - PeopleSoft Budgets and Projects, and Business OPS V - Financial Analyst. At United Space Alliance, Chris was responsible for conducting financial analysis, managing budgets and forecasts, and developing Excel models for overhead and indirect rate volume variances. Chris started their career as a Systems Analyst at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and was responsible for supervising staff, managing budgets, and providing desktop support.

Chris Nation, CPA completed Certified Management & Leadership Training at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 1993 to 1995. They then earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Finance (Cum Laude) from Stephen F. Austin State University. In addition, Chris Nation obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy.
