Connie Lamb

Connie Lamb has extensive experience in logistics, travel coordination, and customer service, currently serving as an RLLS US Meeting Support Specialist at TechTrans International, Inc. since May 2015, where language and logistical support is provided to the NASA/JSC ISS Program. Prior to this role, Connie worked for almost nine years at NASA/Johnson Space Center/TechTrans International, Inc. as a Logistics Specialist/Russian Travel Coordinator, facilitating Russian travel for US and international astronauts. Connie's background also includes supervisory positions in call center operations at AIG, overseeing customer service teams for translation and insurance services, and managing travel call center agents at Travel Arrangement/Travel Too. Earlier roles include a reservation agent at Continental Airlines and a trainer for the Kumon method in the US, along with teaching Japanese language in Japan. Connie holds a BA in German/Comparative Linguistics from Dokkyo University.
