Currently serving as Group EVP of Distribution & Transportation for Consumer Businesses at Techtronic Industries since September 2021, Billy has previously held multiple leadership roles at Under Armour, including VP of Distribution for both America's and North America, as well as Senior Director for Rialto Operations. Prior experience includes Director of Operations at Viking and Director of Distribution at Black & Decker. Billy also served in the US Navy as an E5 Interior Communication Electrician from 1987 to 1991. Billy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix.
