Neil Ferns

Neil Ferns has extensive experience in enterprise applications and SAP solutions, currently serving as the Head of Enterprise Applications ANZ at Techtronic Industries since September 2025. Previously, Neil held the position of Technical Delivery Lead at Asahi Beverages from May 2023 to August 2025. With a strong foundation in business applications management, Neil worked at Porter Davis from March 2009 to December 2022, where responsibilities included roles as Business Applications Manager, SAP Manager, and SAP Solution Architect, focusing on continuous improvement of business processes. Neil's earlier experience includes positions at Deloitte Consulting, leading technical teams, as well as roles at Atos involving significant SAP implementations for major clients such as Airbus, Total Oil and Gas, and Procter and Gamble. Neil began his career as a Software Engineer at Mahindra British Telecom. Academic credentials include an education from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers from Fr. Agnel College.
