Pagadakula Srija currently serves as Team Lead at Fusion Life Sciences Technologies LLC since November 2023, while also holding the position of TA-Associate at TechTrueUp since October 2019, specializing in junior-level recruitment with a focus on sourcing through direct methods, cold calling, and databases. Previously, as a Sr. US Pharma Recruiter, Pagadakula Srija managed various clinical and pharmaceutical recruitment needs for clients Novartis and Amgen, which included collaborating with team members and business unit heads to strategize sourcing, conduct interview evaluations, and oversee junior recruiters during the hiring process. Educational qualifications include a B.Tech in Computer Science from Ellenki College of Engineering & Technology, completed in 2019, along with an intermediate degree from Nalanda Junior College and an SSC from Sumedha Prosper High School.
