Mahmoud Zidan is a skilled Sr. Dynamics 365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with extensive experience across multiple roles. Currently, Mahmoud leads ongoing project support at Systems Limited MEA (Techvista), focusing on system maintenance, enhancements, and user training. Previously, at Netways, Mahmoud engaged in all project phases, gathering and analyzing client requirements. At About The Solution, Mahmoud implemented and customized various Dynamics 365 modules, while at SECTORS, responsibilities included supporting Dynamics CRM projects and database management. Mahmoud began their career in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Quality Assurance professional. Mahmoud holds a Diploma in Software Engineering from the Information Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Science from Al-Azhar University.
