Maryam Bashir

Maryam Bashir is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the technology and recruitment sectors. Currently, Maryam serves as VP - Head of HR for the Middle East & Africa at Systems Limited - Techvista since January 2025. Prior roles include AVP - HR & People Excellence and Senior Manager - People Excellence at Systems Limited from December 2018 to March 2025. Maryam previously worked as Global HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Wavetec, where a focus on improving customer experience was integral. Other experience includes talent acquisition at Carter Fleming Search and marketing internships at Lane12 and Sociality 360. Maryam holds a BBA in Marketing from Szabist, complemented by A Levels from SouthShore and O Levels from Saint Michael's Convent School.
