Nauman Faroqui

Nauman Faroqui has over two decades of work experience in various roles and positions. Nauman currently serves as the General Manager Middle East at Algo, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at TechVista Systems as the Vice President of Professional Services from December 2017 to the present.

From 2013 to 2017, Nauman held the position of Vice President of Professional Services at Systems Limited. During this time, they were also responsible for the VP - Project Management Office role. In this role, they organized, planned, and led the activities of the Project Management Office and enforced organizational processes. Nauman also provided support and mentoring to project managers, participated in project portfolio management, and supervised measurement and analysis activities.

Before that, Nauman worked at Systems Limited as the Process Engineering & Audit Manager from February 2009 to December 2012. In this role, they led the Software Engineering Process Group, certified the organization against ISO27001 controls, and provided implementation support for CMMI Level 4&5.

Nauman began their career at Xavor in 1999 as a Senior Quality Engineer, where they maintained and supported live applications at client sites in the US. Nauman also worked as a Senior Quality Analyst at eWorx International from 2004 to 2005.

Overall, Nauman Faroqui has gained extensive experience in professional services, project management, quality assurance, and process engineering throughout their career.

Nauman Faroqui completed their Bachelor of Computer Science in Software Project Management at the University of Central Punjab from 1997 to 1999. Nauman then pursued an Executive MBA with a major in Human Strategic Management at the National College of Business Administration & Economics from 2002 to 2005.
