Syed Afraz Akhtar completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics & Business from Lahore University of Management Sciences, graduating in the year 2018. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2013, they attended Arab Unity School in Dubai, UAE, where they pursued their Cambridge IGCSE and GCE A Level studies in the field of Business/Commerce, General.
