Joby Jose

Joby Jose started their career as a Software Engineer at HiTech Outsourcing Services in December 2011. Joby later founded TechwareLab in 2012, where they served as the Founder and C.O.O. In this role, Joby implemented an effective HRMS system, monitored employee performance, developed company policies, introduced budget strategies, and established long-term business relationships. Joby also motivated and nurtured the workforce to enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Joby Jose completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Joby attended this university from 2008 to 2010.
