Kajsa Carlsson serves as the Sleep Lab Manager and Study Coordinator at the Sleep Research Center of the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research since January 2019, overseeing research protocols related to sleep and pharmacological effects on cognitive and physiological performance. Previously held the position of Clinical Research Coordinator 1 at the same center, where preparation and review of research protocols were key responsibilities. Kajsa currently grades for Statistical Methods and Data Analysis courses at The Johns Hopkins University. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant in the Sleep Research Center through an ORISE Fellowship from February 2017 to January 2019, ensuring proper data collection and analysis. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Biostatistics from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics with a minor in Public Health from The College of William and Mary, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island.
