Julie Scherpenseel

Julie Scherpenseel has a diverse work experience. Julie is currently serving as the Chief of Staff at TechWolf since January 2023. In this role, they oversee the skills monitoring and intelligence platform that helps companies adopt a skills-based talent model.

Prior to their current position, Julie was an Alumni and Fellow at Belgium's 40 under 40. Julie joined in October 2021 as a Fellow and continued as an Alumni from September 2022.

Julie also worked at Syndicate One as a Member starting from January 2022.

Before that, they served as a Strategy Officer at ML6 from July 2018 to January 2023. In this role, they contributed to the growth and sustainability of the company by identifying market opportunities and driving strategic initiatives.

Julie's career began as a Functional & Industry Analytics Consultant at Accenture Analytics from August 2015 to July 2018.

Julie also worked as a PhD Assistant at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) - ULB from October 2014 to July 2015.

Julie Scherpenseel began their education at Sint-Bavohumaniora Gent, where they completed their secondary education in Science Mathematics from 2003 to 2009. Julie then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Engineering (French) at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) from 2009 to 2012. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended the National University of Singapore in 2013 as part of an Exchange Program, focusing on Business studies. In 2012, Julie earned a Master's degree from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) with a specialization in Business Engineering, Advanced Management, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation. Julie furthered their education in the field of Big Data & Analytics in Management and Business by undertaking postgraduate studies at KU Leuven from 2016 to 2017. Most recently, Julie attended Antwerp Management School in 2020 and 2021, where they participated in the Master Class Digital Transformation: Strategy & Leadership.
