Maximilian Schwan

Maximilian Schwan has extensive experience in financial services and law enforcement. Since May 2021, Maximilian has held the position of Senior Sales Manager at tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG, focusing on customized solutions for private and business clients as an independent insurance and financial broker. With previous roles including Team Leader and Senior Sales Consultant, Maximilian possesses expertise in financial services. Additionally, from August 2021 to August 2024, Maximilian serves as a Lecturer for social competence at Hochschule für Polizei- und Verwaltung Nordrhein-Westfalen and as an Executive Officer and Training & Education Specialist at the Ministerium des Innern des Landes NRW. Maximilian's law enforcement career began in September 2008 with Polizei NRW, ascending to the rank of Police Captain / Chief Inspector, with various responsibilities including close protection operations and strategic training development. Prior military service was completed with the Bundeswehr from July 2007 to September 2008. Maximilian holds a B.A. in Law Enforcement from HSPV Münster.
