Dan Romanelli

Dan Romanelli is a skilled geologist with a diverse background in various geological roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Project Geotechnical Specialist at Teck Resources Limited since April 2024, Dan has previously held positions including Field Geology Coordinator and Exploration Geologist at Donlin Gold LLC, Mine Geologist II at HECLA LIMITED- LUCKY FRIDAY, and Project Geologist at Big Rock Exploration. Initially starting as a Field Geologist at In Situ Engineering, Dan also gained experience as a Survey Diver for The Tulalip Tribes, focusing on monitoring and sampling shellfish fisheries in Puget Sound. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology/Earth Science from Washington State University and has completed additional geological training at the University of Minnesota Duluth and Everett Community College.
