Evan Esselink

Evan Esselink is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Advisor specializing in Talent Management at Teck Resources Limited since May 2022, after holding the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior experience includes coaching distance running athletes at Mile2Marathon Coaching Inc. since January 2019, and working as a People & Culture Assistant at Arc'teryx Equipment, where support was provided to the P&C Business Partner team and administrative tasks were handled in Workday from August 2021 to May 2022. As a former National Team Athlete with Athletics Canada from 2016 to 2021, Evan dedicated over 30 hours weekly to training with aspirations of Olympic qualification. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University Bloomington and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Toronto Metropolitan University.
