Matt Swanson

Matt Swanson is an experienced technician and electrician with a comprehensive background in industrial control systems and electrical maintenance. Currently serving as a Process/Control Systems Analyst at Teck Resources Limited since November 2017, Matt specializes in PLC and HMI programming, as well as the development and improvement of industrial control processes. Previous roles at Teck Resources included Instrument Technician and Industrial Electrician, focusing on troubleshooting, maintenance, and programming of various industrial equipment. Prior experience at URS Flint involved industrial electrical construction and supervisory responsibilities, while early career experience at River City Electric included commercial construction. Matt holds credentials from both the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
