Troy Tobin possesses extensive experience in human resources and labour relations, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources for LATAM and Labour Relations at Teck Resources Limited since August 2008, with previous roles including Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager. Before joining Teck Resources, Troy worked at SAP as a Human Resources Business Partner, focusing on the sales divisions, and at RED Commerce as a Senior Consultant in the staffing and recruiting sector. Troy holds a Master of Arts in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster, a Graduate Certificate in Labour Relations from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Victoria.
