Eugene Kazaev

Eugene Kazaev has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Eugene started their career in 2004 as a Software Developer at Global Custodian, where they worked until 2005. Eugene then joined I.T. Co. as a Senior Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of an e-learning system and developed plug-ins for communication with other learning programs.

In 2006, Eugene joined Phorm Inc as a Software Developer and worked there until 2011. Eugene then moved to Interfax, where they worked as a Senior Software Developer, responsible for developing iOS front-end applications and creating a Samsung Smart TV application.

From 2014 to 2016, Eugene worked as a Senior Software Developer at Mobile Travel Technologies Ltd., where they worked on projects for Singapore Airlines and BCD Travel. Eugene introduced company frameworks, collaborated with Panasonic SDK, and integrated applications with in-flight entertainment systems.

In 2016, Eugene became the Chief Technology Officer and IOS and Backend Developer at Appytoy. Eugene was responsible for the development of the iOS app, backend, and technical support of the project.

From 2016 to 2019, Eugene worked at Hudson's Bay Company as a Senior Software Development Engineer, contributing to the development of GILT and Saks Fifth Avenue apps. Eugene also open-sourced a library for managing view controller composition, navigation, and deep linking within iOS applications.

In 2020, Eugene joined Web Summit as a Senior Software Engineer, where they contributed to the development of the company's mobile app, revamping internal data storage systems, and redeveloping the internal search and filter modules from scratch.

Currently, Eugene is working at Teckro as a Senior Software Engineer, and starting in August 2022, they assume the role of Staff Software Engineer.

Eugene Kazaev completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and Internet Technologies from Tashkent State Technical University between 1999 and 2004. Eugene first attended Tashkent National Lyceum from 1996 to 1999, and prior to that, they attended School No88 from 1989 to 1996. However, no degree or field of study was specified for their time at Tashkent National Lyceum and School No88.
