Mónica Pineda Vargas currently serves as the Head of Data Analytics & AI at Teclogi, where responsibilities include building the Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence division from the ground up. Previously, Mónica held the position of Head of Data & Analytics at UBITS, focusing on redefining the company's analytics and AI strategy, enhancing the data team, and developing innovative AI products. Prior experience includes leading MLOps strategy at SKG Tecnología, managing machine learning projects at Mercado Libre, and founding the Data & AI division at Grupodot, where Mónica expanded the team significantly. Mónica's academic credentials include a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a course in Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
