Michael Baraban

Michael Baraban currently serves as the Directeur des opérations at TECMA ARIES since November 2021, overseeing the operational activities of the group, including machine assembly, mechanical tasks, robotics, and electrical wiring. Prior to this, from July 2011 to December 2021, Michael held the position of Directeur d'usine at KALHYGE, managing a profit center with significant seasonal fluctuations and a workforce that increased from 126 to 175 employees. Earlier, Michael was the Directeur Business Unit Industrie at COMPIN, responsible for the industrial activities of the composite division, and held various roles at Trèves Group from 1993 to 2008, including Manager des Opérations Internationales, where projects included the startup of production lines in North America, and Chef de Projet international for major automotive parts. Michael holds a BTS in Productique from IPI Chalons en Champagne and a Baccalauréat F1 from Lycée Technique Pierre Mendes France in Epinal.
