David Garcia Estevez

David Garcia Estevez is a seasoned expert in the circular economy of building materials and industrial by-products, currently serving as a Senior Researcher and Project Manager at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since January 2018. With extensive experience in building materials and waste management, David has collaborated with local companies, European organizations, and public bodies to promote the transition to a circular economy during tenure at Tecnalia from September 2010 to February 2023.
