Giuseppe Satriani

Giuseppe Satriani is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consultancy and business development, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since January 2011, specializing in quantitative management, statistical process control, and process optimization for IT companies, while also executing SCAMPI A and CMMI 2.0 appraisals and leading change management programs using Lean and Agile methodologies. Previously, between September 1995 and December 2010, Giuseppe worked as a CMMI Service Manager at the European Software Institute, where responsibilities included consulting on change management projects and serving as an authorized SCAMPI and CMMI lead appraiser. Earlier in Giuseppe's career, from December 1985 to August 1995, the role of Software Quality Project Leader was held at Ing. C. Olivetti & Co., SpA, overseeing quality-related projects, including defining product life cycles and monitoring software development processes.
