Iván Portas Arrondo

Iván Portas Arrondo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and innovation sectors. Currently serving as the Strategy & Ventures Director in the Industry and Mobility Unit at TECNALIA Research & Innovation since September 2014, Iván has successfully closed multi-million agreements for R&D programs and technology licensing. As a co-founder of multiple companies, including Mecatronia and Auralia, Iván has been instrumental in software development for automation and augmented audio interaction devices, respectively. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Tecnalia, where project competitiveness and innovation were enhanced. Educational credentials include participation in the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT Sloan School of Management, financial advisory studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and a degree from the University of Navarra.
