Ivano Spadetto

Ivano Spadetto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and engineering within the sporting goods industry. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Tecnica Group since January 2018, Ivano has also held key roles at Tecnica Group - Tecnica Blizzard, including Kaizen Leader and Value Chain Leader. Prior experience includes serving as Technical Director at Blizzard Sport GmbH from 2007 to 2012 and various positions at Nordica from 1999 to 2007, such as R&D Manager for Ski and Project Leader for Ski. Ivano holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering from the University of Padova.
