Matías Leza Rubio, PMP, currently serves as a Project Engineer in the Project Management Office (PMO) at Tecnicas Reunidas, focusing on the EPC project for the Lower Zakum Long Term Development Plan Phase-1 Package 2 Al Omairah Island Topside Facilities since March 2025. Previously, from October 2012 to January 2025, Matías held various roles including PMO Coordinator, Project Engineer, and Engineering Certification Coordination for the Genesis Project, a MMA production facility. Additional experiences include serving as an Interface Manager for a Waste Water Treatment Plant project in Belgium and managing engineering subcontract responsibilities across TECNICAS REUNIDAS' Industrial Division. Matías holds an Engineer Degree in Industrial Organization, a Technical Engineer’s Degree in Computer Sciences, a Master’s Degree in Health, Safety and Security, and Graduate Certificates in Project Management and International Commerce from Universidad de Extremadura and Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
