Borja Navarro is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in HR leadership and consulting. Serving as the Director of Human Resources at TECNIGRAL for a brief period and as an independent HR consultant, Borja co-founded Aroma & Bread, overseeing HR, sales innovation, marketing, and social media, successfully growing the business from two partners to a seven-employee operation. Additional roles include Head of People at BENOTAC and a freelance assignment in People & Culture at Igeneris, where Borja tackled challenges such as recruitment process design and onboarding program optimization. Earlier experience at Tribeca Media focused on analyzing employee satisfaction.
