Gennaro Granato

Gennaro Granato began their work experience in 1994 as a Responsabile Spedizioni at Calze Malerba SpA, where they worked until March 1998. In 1998, they joined Tecniplast SpA as a Logistics Manager. At Tecniplast, they were responsible for various tasks related to warehouse management, including physical and accounting management, the design and construction of an automated intensive warehouse, and the supervision of external work deposits. Gennaro also applied lean concepts, optimized and automated logistics processes, and supervised internal distribution flows.
