Marouane T.

Marouane T. has extensive work experience in project management and sales roles. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Water Splash, Inc., where they served as a Project Engineer and later as an Operations & Project Manager. In these positions, they handled aquatic projects from consultation to installation and delivery, conducted site visits, made technical presentations, supervised installation teams, and coordinated production and distribution. They also played a key role in studying project feasibility, proposing customized solutions, and managing the supply chain to reduce lead time and increase customer satisfaction. Marouane T. also attended trade shows as an exhibitor to meet new customers, suppliers, and potential distributors. From 2016 onwards, they joined Tecniplast, first as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project & Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed an average of 15 projects per year, involving the supply, installation, and commissioning of capital equipment in the biomedical and research field. Their responsibilities included conducting site surveys, inspections, and construction meetings, managing installation budgets and schedules, conducting training for staff and users, and collaborating with architects and consultants in the design phase of biomedical research facilities. Currently, Marouane T. holds the position of Canada - Project & Sales Director at Tecniplast, overseeing project and sales activities in the country.

Marouane T. began their education at Lycée Descartes, where they obtained their French Baccalaureate in Sciences in 2003. Subsequently, they attended Concordia University from 2004 to 2009, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering.
