Sara Catalani has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sara began their career as an Assistant Bagnanti at Aquapark Brebbia in 2009. Sara later worked as an Assistant di Studio e Compiti for a private organization from October 2013 to July 2019. In 2019, they took on an internship as an HR Generalist at Fondazione Renato Piatti Onlus, where they gained valuable experience in various aspects of Human Resources. Sara was involved in implementing and activating a personnel assessment project, conducting evaluation interviews, and monitoring the skills and knowledge of the organization's human resources. Currently, they hold the role of HR Generalist at Tecniplast, where they focus on personnel training and development, as well as selection, management, and labor law.
Sara Catalani has a diverse educational background. Sara began their education at the Università degli Studi dell'Insubria in 2012 and earned their Laurea Magistrale LM in Giurisprudenza (a Master's degree in Law) in 2018. During their time there, they also obtained a Certification of English level achievement in October 2016.
In 2014, Sara participated in the Erasmus program and studied at the Universidad de Málaga, focusing on international and community law. Sara also completed a course for Erasmus students at the Centro Internacional de español.
Continuing their international experiences, Sara went on an exchange to the University of Lapland in 2017, conducting research in comparative criminal procedural law as part of their Erasmus thesis.
In 2018, Sara joined the LIUC Business School and pursued a Master HUREMOL (Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Learning), which they completed in 2019.
To further enhance their language skills, Sara attended an English language course at English&More in 2019-2020. Additionally, they undertook a course for the development and recovery of the English language (FCE) at Ateneo Corsi di Lingua in Varese from 2018-2019.
