Juan Carlos Laso

Juan Carlos Laso has extensive experience in various leadership roles within the construction and manufacturing industry. Juan Carlos is currently serving as the Director General / CEO at Grupo Construlita since January 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director General Construsistemas at Elementia from September 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they were the Commercial General Manager Mexico at Gerdau from July 2013 to August 2018. Juan Carlos also worked at Truper Herramientas, where they held various positions including Director Latino America, Cadenas, Gobierno y Servicio from February 2008 to December 2010, Director Nacional de Ventas from February 2004 to January 2008, Director Regional Occidente y Norte from February 2001 to February 2004, and Gerente Regional de Ventas from December 1998 to February 2001.

Juan Carlos Laso earned their Bachelor's degree from Universidad de la Comunicación, S.C. from 1989 to 1993. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Economics from Universidad Anáhuac, completing it from 2017 to 2019. Recently, they completed their Doctorate in Business Administration, specializing in Entrepreneurial Management, at Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara from 2023 to 2026.
