Adriana Carvalho Saluceste

Adriana Carvalho Saluceste is an accomplished technology and operations executive with extensive experience across various leadership roles. Currently serving as Conselheira Consultiva at GRUPO UNITE since May 2025, Adriana has held significant positions at Tecnobank since October 2019, including Diretora de TI e Operacoes and DPO. Previous roles include Colunista de Tecnologia e Inovacao at aEmpreendedora, Diretora de Tecnologia at VCOM Tecnologia, Superintendente de Tecnologia e Novos Negocios at SF3, and several analytical positions at Banco Sofisa S/A and Banco Pine. Adriana's educational background includes an M.B.A. in Gestão Financeira and Gestão de TI from FGV and UNIBTA, respectively, as well as a degree in Sistemas de Informação from Universidade São Judas Tadeu. Additionally, Adriana pursued an Imersao in Silicon Valley, focused on technology, in September 2023.
