Luis E. Fernández

Luis E. Fernández is an experienced leader in the biomedical engineering and healthcare sectors, currently serving as CEO & Growth Lead at TINC CMMS since January 2018. In addition, Luis holds a position as a Master's professor at Universidad Modelo, focusing on hospital infrastructure administration and maintenance management. Active in academia, Luis is a council member for the Biomedical Engineering program at Tecnológico de Monterrey and has served as a consultant for the World Health Organization, contributing to various health coverage projects. As President of the Innovation Committee at SOMIB, Luis organized the Reto InnovaHealth prototype competition and facilitated connections between biomedical engineering and health entrepreneurship. Luis's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a degree in Biomedical Engineering, along with various diplomas in ethical leadership and hospital management.
