Maria Rivera Gonzalez

Maria Rivera Gonzalez is a seasoned professional in leadership development and higher education, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Designer at Tecnológico de Monterrey since May 2024, where the focus is on women's leadership and inclusive leadership programs. With previous experience as a Senior Global Project Manager at QAD, Maria designed five global leadership training programs impacting 1,200 employees. Previously held positions at Tecnológico de Monterrey include Design Leader for Leadership Programs and Director of Strategic Projects of the Leadership Institute, where Maria spearheaded various leadership initiatives and community-building efforts. With an academic background that includes a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies and a Master's in Higher Education from Gonzaga University, Maria has contributed significantly to fostering leadership development across multiple educational institutions.
