Miguel Toro serves as the Director of the Initiative on Democracy and Development and the Regional Dean of the School of Social Sciences and Government at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY, overseeing multiple campuses and a team of 32 professors while managing undergraduate programs for approximately 500 students.
