Rocio Ramírez

Rocio Ramírez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development processes, currently serving as a Consultant in corporate university design for Interceramic, Superior Industries, and RUBA since January 2020. Additionally, Rocio has been a Tenure Professor of Management at Tecnológico de Monterrey since February 2002, teaching subjects such as organizational learning and entrepreneurship, while emphasizing an engaging and rigorous teaching style. Prior experience includes coordinating consulting programs for Centro de Competitividad Chihuahua, focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises, and directing academic affairs at ICATECH, where Rocio managed training programs and collaborations with various organizations. Rocio holds a Master of Business Administration from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
