Silvia María Elena García González

Silvia María Elena García González is an experienced professional in coaching, consulting, and training with a strong focus on organizational development and talent activation. As the Director and Trainer-Coach at ACTAL Consultoría since August 2019, Silvia has led projects aimed at enhancing personal and organizational goals through various methodologies, including executive coaching and team building. This role complements over two decades of experience at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where Silvia has been involved in coaching and mentoring university students and professionals across different companies.
