Filippo Gastaldi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Filippo started their career as a Coordinatore di team at Carraro Group in 1999 and later became a Project Manager at Merlo Group in 2001. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as a Plant Logistic Manager at Graziano Trasmissioni – Gruppo Sauer. Filippo then joined Carraro Group again, this time as a Plant Manager - Stabilimento di Padova from 2008 to 2011. Filippo was then appointed as the Responsabile Business Unit Automotive e Supply Chain at GKN FAD SpA from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they became the Direttore Operativo | Direttore Acquisti at Titan Italia S.p.a. After that, they worked at Fontana Gruppo as the Group Industrial Logistic Manager from 2014 to 2018. Currently, Filippo holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Tecnomeccanica Spa since 2018.
Filippo Gastaldi attended the Politecnico di Torino from 1989 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Ingegneria Meccanica (Mechanical Engineering).

Tecnomeccanica was founded in 1945 as a company specializing in the production of die-cast aluminum-alloy components. Over the years, the production has constantly expanded thanks to the construction of a new plant for powder coating and vacuum metallization of aluminum reflectors. Today the main products are metallized aluminium reflectors for vehicle headlights and heat sinks for led lighting. In 2016 DeA Capital Group, has invested in Tecnomeccanica S.p.A. in order to wide products and services. In June 2018 Tecnomeccanica has acquired 100% shares of MEA srl from OLSA spa.
