TECNOVIA SGPS is a Portuguese holding Construction Company founded in 1973, whose origin dates back to 1962 when it's founder José Guilherme da Costa transferred his activity as an individual entrepreneur to a private company.

Our mission is to contribute to the development of people and geographic areas where we operate, through the management of engineering projects, services and integrated products in the industry of construction and public works.

We operate in three continents, generating an annual turnover of 250 million euro's,  in the areas of engineering and construction.
