Before their time at BAE Systems, Steven worked as a Program Assistant at the Jose Valdes Math Foundation from June 2015 to August 2017, where they tutored students in math and developed skills in empathy and communication.
Steven Haertling earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from San Jose State University. Steven attended San Jose State University from 2014 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2020 to 2022.
